  • Lamed (ל): a rising flame of aspiration at the crown of your head.
  • Hei (ה): a breath of divine life filling your lungs and heart.
  • Chet (ח): a doorway of light opening in your chest, uniting inner and outer worlds.

I release the illusions of ego.
